About Us

About B&C
Electric Corporation

B & C Electric Corp is a California corporation operating under C10 Electrical Contractor License No. 1134495. The license is current and active through March 31, 2027.

I, “Robert Burns,” and my partner, Kevin Chapman, are the founders of the B&C Electric Corporation. Throughout our careers, we have worked on thousands of jobs for homeowners, business owners, tenants, and property owners.

Some of the services we provide include office tenant improvements, restaurant electrical, EV charger installations, backup power and generators, and residential panel upgrades. To us, every job starts with an understanding of the property, the electrical system, and the needs of the customer for the space to function.

Electrical Work for Property Improvements and New Power Demands

An electrical project often starts when your existing system no longer fits your plans.

A new office tenant may need a different lighting and outlet layout. A restaurant may require electrical work for kitchen equipment and dining areas. At home, an EV charger, backup generator, or panel upgrade may add demands that the current system wasn’t designed to handle.

B&C Electric Corporation provides focused electrical services based on the property, equipment, and intended use of the space.

What We Do

Commercial Electrical Services

Commercial electrical work must account for equipment loads, floor plans, daily operations, and the needs of the people using the property. We provide electrical services for office tenant improvements and restaurant projects throughout Southern California.

Office Tenant Improvement Electrical Work

Moving into an office or changing its layout may require electrical modifications before the space is ready for use. We provide electrical work for office tenant improvement projects in Southern California, including lighting changes, outlet placement, circuit modifications, and electrical layouts based on the project scope. Our goal is to help prepare the space for the way your team and equipment will use it.

Commercial Ev Charger Installation

Restaurants rely on electricity throughout the kitchen, dining room, service areas, refrigeration systems, and point of sale stations. B&C Electric Corporation provides restaurant electrical services for improvements, equipment changes, interior updates, and other defined project needs. We review the proposed layout and electrical demands so that the work fits the intended restaurant operation.

Restaurant Electrical Services

Homes now support more electrical equipment than ever. Vehicle charging, backup power systems, and new appliances can place added demands on the property’s electrical system.

Residential Electrical Services

Homes now support more electrical equipment than ever. Vehicle charging, backup power systems, and new appliances can place added demands on the property’s electrical system.

Electric Vehicle Charger Installation

Charging an electric vehicle at home is more than just putting a charger on the wall. An inspection of the electrical panel, available power, charger characteristics, circuit needs, and installation site may be needed for the project. B&C Electric Corporation installs residential EV charging equipment based on the charger and the home’s electrical system.

Backup Power & Generator

Depending on the type of equipment and the system design, a backup generator can provide power to some circuits or a greater portion of the home during a power outage. We offer backup power, generator services, and installation of generators for people who want to get prepared for power outages. The first step is to determine what you want to power and take a look at the electrical needs of the project.

Electrical Panel Upgrades

Your electrical panel sends electricity to all of your rooms. It may be necessary to upgrade when electrical loads are added, existing equipment is replaced, or additional capacity is needed. We evaluate the panel and the proposed electrical work to determine what the project requires. Panel upgrades may be considered when adding an EV charger, generator equipment, major appliances, or other high-demand electrical systems.

Why Choose

More Than 20 Years of Electrical Experience Across Southern , CA

We take the time to look at how the electrical system works as a whole, not just the part being changed. A new installation can affect panel capacity, circuit demand, equipment placement, and how the space will be used after the work is complete.
Our approach is to review those details early, explain what the project requires, and complete the work according to the agreed scope. This helps keep each electrical project practical, clear, and suited to the property.
